Hour 15 – What’s Your Favorite Read So Far?

Hello Readathoners! How has your reading been so far? My name is Allison and I review books over at The Book Wheel and I am thrilled to be co-hosting my third-straight Readathon! We had a bit of a spring storm here in Colorado today, so I’ve been curled up inside with my pups (see Hour 14 for more furry-friend photos).

One of my favorite things about Readathon is discovering new books. I always end this event with at least 5-10 new books on my TBR shelf (although whether or not I get to them is a different story!).

So what I want to know is: What’s your favorite Readathon book so far? Whether it’s short stories or epic novels, I want to know which book I MUST read at the end of this year’s event.

  1. I think my favorite may be Saga Volume 6 so far. But I will be happy to finish Fellowship of the Ring.

  2. When the Moon Was Ours by Anna-Marie McLemore was wonderful!!! I loved it so much that I both wanted to read it really fast to see what beautiful, magical image happened next, and wanted to go slowly to savor all the loveliness. Highly, highly recommend!

  3. Impact: Colonialism in Canada edited by Warren Cariou, Katherena Vermette and Niigaanwewidam James Sinclair & Radical Hope: Letters of Love and Dissent in Dangerous Times edited by Carolina De Robertis

  4. Not if I see you first by Eric Lindstrom. I’ve been seeing it around but was sent it last week as a prize so thought I’d give it a go, ended up being my first 5 star of the year.
