  2. 1.) I’m still holding strong. I am more worried about hours 17-24.
    2.) haven’t finished a book yet. But on page 131 of Immortal Rules.
    3.) So far this one is really good
    4.) Favorite snack, hands down, Pretzel M&M’s
    5.) I have been spending my breaks visiting other read-a-Thon blogs. One of the interesting ones has been Frodo’s Blog of Randomness! Oh and Read, Sleep, Repeat!!

  4. I am listening to audio out on the deck while cleaning so I am going to put my response here as it is faster 🙂

    Mid-Event Survey

    1) How are you doing? Sleepy? Are your eyes tired? I am doing good – I was tired earlier but once I got up and moved from books to audio I started to re-energize. I will go back to books in a bit here.

    2) What have you finished reading? I am almost done with Requiem, and did finish How To Start A Home Base Event Planning Business. Next up… While We Were Watching Downton Abbey.

    3) What is your favorite read so far? I am really enjoying Requiem

    4) What about your favorite snacks? I tried to be good today but enjoyed baked Doritos and salsa and dinner will be chicken tacos that have been in the crock all day.

    5) Have you found any new blogs through the readathon? If so, give them some love! I plan to do a little “exploring” during dinner. 🙂

    I’m a bit sleepy. Having some trouble paying attention, but doing alright for the most part. Mostly just tired from waking up at 5am. Wishing I wasn’t a West Coaster right now 😛

    2) What have you finished reading?
    Nothing yet, but I’ve made a decent dent both in the book I’m reading and the audiobook I’m listening to.

    3) What is your favorite read so far?
    Stay Awake is a book of short stories and they are pretty trippy. It’s taking a little bit of brain power to get through though.

    4) What about your favorite snacks?
    I took a brunch break and got eggs benedict and grits from my favorite breakfast place! Plus I stopped and picked up fancy chocolates on the way home to eat later 🙂

    I am very sleepy and my eyes are tired.

    Diary of a Wimpy Kid #6 Cabin Fever by Jeff Kinney
    Never Fall Down by Patricia McCormick
    Drama by Raina Telgemeier

    3) What is your favorite read so far?
    Never Fall Down by Patricia McCormick. I have the feeling this book will stay with me for a lifetime.

    I didn’t plan my snacks very well, but I am glad I have Ritz crackers and Granny Smith apples. I would do just about anything at this point for cinnamon bears or cinnamon jolly ranchers.

    It’s been a busy day, so I haven’t read as much as I had hoped.

    I’m eating mindlessly, while reading, except when my son had lunch with me today.

    Not too sleepy now. But I feel revitalized–Gena, who does my massages, made a surprise visit to my house and did a 20 minute shoulder and neck rub, which felt wonderful.

    I’ve finished Tofu Quilt (very short), The Uninvited Guests by Sadie Jones, Family Pictures by Jane Green, and am almost finished with The Comfort of Lies.

    The Comfort of Lies.

    Chocolate muffins (recipe from King Arthur Flour) and the Oreo Mint Fudge Creams.
